Ferrari Dino 246GT Type M #01856 History.
Dino 246 GT chassis number #01856 was sold new by Ferrari SEFAC to Mr Tozzini in May 1971.
At this time, a licence plate was obtained in Milan, registered under plate number MIM67715.
Mr Tozzini transferred Dino to the Gastone Crepaldi Company, an official Ferrari dealer in Milan, in January 1973.
It was subsequently sold in October 1973 to Mr Angelo Confalonieri of Milan.
Mr Confalonieri transferred the vehicle to Mr Walter Villa, resident in Genova, who registered the licence plate GE660628.
A full restoration was then started in December 2015.
Mr Villa then transferred the car to Mr Piero Pelù (current owner who is a great Italian rock star, is also a great enthusiast and collector) in 2017 and the restoration was completed in January 2019.
The Dino 246 GT has a very limited ownership history, with only four owners to date.
The restoration work is based on the original and all consumable parts are replaced with new ones.
This car has applied for a Ferrari Classiche certificate.
The beautiful body is the original "Azzurro Dino", a rare colour of which only 90 were produced.
