ATSUM to hold Tribal Solidarity March in Manipur hill districts on May 3 to protest Meteis ST demand

The All Tribal Students Union Manipur or ATSUM has called for a tribal solidarity march in the hill districts of the state on the 3rd of May.
The apex tribal student body has called for the tribal solidarity march to protest against the push for inclusion of Meiteis in the Scheduled Tribe category.
As per an ATSUM notification, the march will be held in the districts of Senapati, Ukhrul, Kangpokpi, Tamenglong, Churachandpur, Chandel and Tengnoupal.
