No.5 achievement is a rare anomaly. So will take time to find it mainly because RNG.
1st way: Continue as usual from exit 0 to exit 8 but don't leave, return back to exit 0 until found this achievement.
2nd way: When found anomalies, go forward then return back if it's normal. (If see abyss mage, rotating platform just return back doesn't matter because goal is just to find the achievement)
