In 298,960 BCE, there was another riot by the Anunnaki workers, 40 sars after their arrival on Earth. They complained that they had been forced to work day and night and could no longer take it. The workers agreed to declare war and even talked about killing Enlil and Ninurta, his son. When Enlil heard this, he was so angry that tears ran down his cheeks. He asked Anu (king of Nibiru), his father, to exercise his authority as king and demand that the workers tell them who was the instigator of the rebellion. Ninmah proposed to Enki solve the problem, creating a primitive man who would take the toll of the heavy work. Together, they planned every detail of how to achieve it. Ningishzida (Hermes Trismegistus) had a significant role in the project. The mission leaders, including Anu, met to decide how to quell the rebellion. Enki addressed the leaders and asked why they were denouncing the workers when, in reality, they were being subjected to very heavy forced labor. Enki suggested to the assembly how to solve the problem. He would gather blood (DNA) to form bones, creating a "Lullu" to be called "man." He added that he and Ninmah will create a Lullu-man, or a primitive man, to take on the burden of the Anunnaki workers.
“6. I will bring into being Lullu, whose name shall be “man” 8. On whom the toil of the gods will be laid that they may rest.” Excerpt from Babylonian Epic of Creation by W.G. Lambert, Tablet VI.
