Ingridients
Dry :
300 grms glutinous flour
300 grams sweet potato
200 grams white sugar
Wet :
200 ml coconut milk
3 soup spoon Cooking oil
For filling:
Sweet potato (steam)
Yellow bean (steam)
Banana leaves
1/2 small bowl cooking oil
Instructions:
In a pan put the coconut milk and pandan leaves then boil then pun the sugar stir until resolve… and boil for another 5 minutes then set it aside
Mix the wet ingredients and dry ingridients
Knead the dough for 15 minutes and then rest
For the filling steam the bean then blend it after you blend
In a pan pit 100 ml of water put pandan leaves and 300grms sugar desolve the sugar and boil then you put the yellow bean continue to mix until become dry after cooked set it aside and let it cool ..
Make it a small ball for filling
After all ingridients are prepare let’s do the shape
Then in pan Boil water used to steam the Ang ku kuey
First wash the Ang ku kuey
put in the kuey and steam for 10 minutes
After steam spread oil
