3️⃣ Tiered Fitment Factor
– Demand for a fitment factor ranging from 3.0 to 3.25, depending on pay levels.

4️⃣ Medical Allowance Increase
– Revision of medical allowance considering inflation and rising healthcare costs.

5️⃣ Scrapping NPS & UPS and Restoring OPS
– Strong demand to scrap the New Pension Scheme (NPS) and Unified Pension Scheme (UPS) and restore the Old Pension Scheme (OPS).
