The enemy isn’t social media, the Russians, the Republicans, the Democrats, bad news, technology….while these things may play a role.

The truth is, the stress and denial we’re experiencing are symptoms - symptoms of something we MUST pay attention to if we’re going to take back control of our lives and create what we want for our lives - the life you probably feel tugging at your precious Heart each and every day.
The real enemy is trauma.

Not just big trauma like war, poverty, violence…but the trauma that we’ve been carrying in our cells for multiple generations. The trauma that has caused most, if not all of us, to perceive ourselves as “less than”…

Trauma that has caused us to settle for less than what we want and compromise who we are for many, many reasons. Trauma that has caused us to check out from our bodies, deny and doubt our own intuition and wisdom and forget our true creative power.

The creative power that promises to help us find the elegant solutions to the challenges facing humanity today…

The single biggest task facing us today is to reawaken our creative power. We must learn to create with deliberation and intention.

What does that mean?

It means we have to learn to stop reacting to the program we’ve been conditioned by. We have to learn how to sustain our own energy and stay aligned with our own individual TRUTH, no matter what anyone else says, or what else is going on around us.

We must learn to not let fear stop us.

These are just some of the key things you learn when you de-condition and begin to embody your Human Design.

But de-conditioning is just the FIRST step. It’s not the only step. There’s more and we need to talk about it.
