Her rage fueled by her grief over everything that she has lost, Furiosa seeks a vehicle in order to hunt down and take her revenge against Dementus. Although there seems to be little left, one of Immortan Joe's men tells her that he does in fact have a vehicle. Although it is old and beaten, Furiosa and a committed group of helpers are able to form a new vehicle, the "Cranky Black".
By this point, Dementus's forces has been whittled down to only himself and a small handful of his most loyal and hardy followers.
Riding out into the Wasteland, Furiosa, in the Cranky Black, then chases-down the fleeing Dementus and his gang, one by one.

"Cranky Black" was the nickname given to the hot rod Furiosa uses to chase down Dementus and his leadership crew in the epic, final moments of 2024's prequel film Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga.
The chassis, cab, and doors are from a 1931 Ford Hot Rod. The rear-mounted engine pumps out 229 hp at 5,200 RPM with 277 lb-ft torque at 3,000 RPM and features a harpoon gun.

Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga premiered at the 77th Cannes Film Festival on 15 May 2024. It was released theatrically in Australia on 23 May 2024 and in the United States the following day. The film received positive reviews from critics, who praised the story, action sequences and performances (particularly Taylor-Joy and Hemsworth).
