In this video I start my Vicla build. I will take my moms 2006 Heritage Softail Deluxe and begin to transform it into a daily rider Vicla. I begin the teardown of the motorcycle and install the new seat, as well as install the progressive monotube suspension cartridge kit and rebuild the forks.
