I might make a more in-depth video about the moving process in the future, but here are some notes I didn't get to talk more about:
📦 Sending your things using Yamato is perfect if you don't have any furniture, you can get boxes for free at your nearest supermarket and Yamato picks it up from your house! Way cheaper than using a moving service, especially in the busy moving season (March-April)
🔑 Was super nervous about the damage fees they might charge you when moving out of a Leopalace but we were really lucky that the person who did our room inspection was really pleasant... Definitely will try keeping our next apartment as well-kept as possible...
🔑 If you're moving from a Leopalace to another Leopalace after 2 years or more, you don't have to pay for the key money! Helps a lot since the initial fees are so high :')
🍤 Tempura Hirao is AMAZING, I will miss it SO much. You have to try it if you visit Fukuoka. I will also miss Ikkousha Fukuoka Airport branch's ramen and fried rice...
