1. Pay attention to your character. What qualities or traits do we want others to find admirable?
Make a list of character traits that are an example of who you are as a leader.

2. What's your basis for decision making? How do you evaluate risk?
Simply put, what are your professional and personal values?

3. Principles for relationships. What are your non-negotiables?

4. Intentions for Leading - the emotional and physical feeling. We want to pay attention to ensuring that we're creating relationships and opportunities to be with other people in our leading capacity that is complementary to what is easy to us.

5. Evidence of Success and Satisfaction. Identify what are those conditions of satisfaction and success.
