Описание: On December 14, a federal judge granted the plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment against DOL’s interim final rule issued on October 8th, 2020 that changed the prevailing wage rates. The judge ordered DOL to reissue prevailing wage determinations that were issued under the rule. AILA Secretary Jeff Joseph explains the significance of this win.
