In this video I share some insight about finding and choosing fabric to repurposed for small embroidery projects, specifically embroidered jewelry. I mostly talk about how to source fabric from thrift stores, but if you want to skip the hunt, skip to 02:54 for practical search terms to buy new. While there isn't an exact right answer to the question of what fabric to choose, a few things that are important to consider is the fabric is the type, construction, thickness, stretchiness, and color among some other small nuances. The most important part is to try and play and learn as you go :)
