Welcome to Part 2 of my Taiwan Trip! Grab a snack because we are eating good for our last week in Taiwan!

We started with a visit to Hukou Old Street in Hsinchu, enjoying grass jelly and street food stalls like grilled stinky tofu and taro ice cream. We visited a Hakka restaurant for dishes like Hakka Stir-Fry and Braised Pork Hock.

For dinner, we had juicy goose meat at a favorite restaurant. The next day, we explored a fish market with fresh seafood and restaurants. Then, we headed to Tainan on the high-speed rail and tried the famous train bento.

In Tainan, we enjoyed almond jelly shaved ice, and despite the rain, we had braised wontons, noodles, and seafood congee. We had breakfast with crispy potstickers and shopped at Hayashi Department Store, followed by mango shaved ice.

We visited Chimei Museum, known for its violin collection. For dinner, we had an incredible Tainan Beef Hot Pot with super fresh beef. On our last day, we explored Anping Old Street, trying shrimp crackers and Anping tofu pudding.

Driving back, we stopped in Changhua for braised pork belly rice and bawan. We visited Lukang, a traditional town. I'm grateful to share my favorite spots in Taiwan. Thank you for your support, and see you next week in Vancouver!
