Yeh diagram ek industrial automation circuit ko darshata hai jisme ek 3-phase induction motor ko sensors ki madad se operate kiya ja raha hai. Is circuit ke mukhya bhag (components) aur kaam karne ka tarika niche diya gaya hai:
Main Components: 3-Pole MCB, Magnetic Contactor, Overload Relay (OLR), 12V DC Power Supply (NDR-240-12), 8-Pin Relays, aur PNP Proximity Sensors.
Working: Isme do sensors ka istemal kiya gaya hai—ek "ON" (Start) ke liye aur dusra "OFF" (Stop) ke liye. Jab conveyor belt par koi object sensor ke samne aata hai, toh relay trigger hoti hai aur contactor ke zariye motor start ya stop ho jati hai.
Indicators: Isme Red, Blue, aur Yellow indicators lagaye gaye hain jo Run (ON), Stop (OFF), aur Fault (Trip) ki sthiti batate hain.
Safety: Overload Relay motor ko overheat ya excess current se bachane ke liye lagayi gayi hai.
