Franco Luambo Makiadi - Soukous Guitar Transcription - Liberté (Franco)

Описание: One of my favorites from le grand maitre et sorcier de la guitare, Franco.

I tried to capture the two or three identifiable guitar lines played by Franco, the bass line and some of the vocal harmonies.
I couldn't isolate the second guitar well enough to catch the whole line, which I hear is something simple played around the basic chord shapes, but important nonetheless because of the way the lines from different guitars work together.

The song is in G major and they go all the time up and down the harmonization of the G major scale, in thirds, sixths and some octaves here and there.
There are tons of material on the internet about scales in thirds and sixths (double stops) and about the harmonization of the diatonic major scale, and there is also possibly one of the most boring video posted here by me where I try to show precisely that, starting from the C major scale.
