RECIPE

Hawaiian Mai Tai
2-oz (60 mL) white rum
0.5-oz (15 mL) orange curaçao
0.5-oz (15 mL) amaretto
1-oz (30 mL) lime juice
2-oz (60 mL) pineapple juice
1.5-oz (45 mL) orange juice

Garnish: 0.5-oz (15 mL) grenadine “sink,” dark, overproof rum float, maraschino cherry. Other fruit optional.
Glass: Poco grande.

Instructions: Shake ingredients. Strain into ice-filled glass. Slow pour grenadine sink. Slow pour dark, overproof rum. Garnish with cherry (and other fruit).
