Описание: Finally getting some food and souvenirs!! HIDA BEEF is the specialty of this area and it is extremely delicious and also quite expensive. So I tried it freshly grilled on charcoal and it was possibly the best beef ever!! Given the success, I decided to try salami and a bun made with it however they were a huge disappointment despite the huge prices! that's because both contained sugar and a lot of it 🤢🤮plus other stuff that completely killed the beef taste. So with this, my World's Most Delicious HUNGARIAN PICK SALAMI remains THE BEST!! Another specialty of Shirakawago are the Soba Noodles made of Buckwheat but you need cash for all the expensive restaurants, nobody accepts Credit Cards and that is extremely annoying!!! Some souvenir shops take cards if you buy more than $30 which I did. Many cute souvenirs and foods shaped like the Shirakawago Gassho style houses to bring to your friends!!! Shops + restaurants close at 4:30 and it gets pitch dark not much light on the street and the houses aren't lit up either!! The only cool place open till 9pm is the SPA ♨️ Shirakawago no Yu Onsen! that's why most of the lodgings offer dinner and breakfast!
