How to remove the top tool on a SEALPAC Traysealer using the tool trolley | Step-by-step tutorial

Описание: Regular maintenance is necessary to keep your SEALPAC machine running at its best. Keep your team informed on how to safely remove tools during maintenance using a tooling trolley.


How to remove the top tool on a SEALPAC Traysealer:
1) Push the top tool onto the tooling trolley
2) You MUST lock the top tool in place using BOTH locking pins
3) Using the trolley adjustment switches, lift the trolley off the mounting hooks
4) Move the tooling trolley away from the machine, and lower the trolley back to floor level
5) Disconnect the trolley air supply
6) It is now safe to move the tool away from the machine, using the tooling trolley
7) Pull out the locking handle and rotate the transmission wheel, to turn the tool 180 degrees
8) The adjustment handle MUST be in the locked position, to prevent the tool from moving
