Obrabiarka ProNest to wielofunkcyjne narzędzie będące wyposażeniem zakładów produkujących meble skrzyniowe i tapicerowane. Główną cechą obrabiarki jest automatyczna praca, która rozpoczyna się od pobrania płyt ze stołu podawczego uzbrojonego w pełną paletę płyt. System podawczy umieszcza materiał w polu roboczym dokładnie go pozycjonując za pomocą ruchomych baz. Tam wykonywany jest nesting i nawierty pionowe, po czym formatki spychane są na stół odbiorczy, gdzie na końcu taśmociągu zatrzymuje je fotokomórka umożliwiając operatorowi bezpieczne odłożenie ich w miejsce paletyzacji.

The ProNest machining center equipped with a 22-tool drilling unit showcases operations achievable through a single application. With 12 vertical drills, 8 horizontal drills, and 2 saws operating in the X and Y axes, it allows for comprehensive preparation of furniture bodies. The drilling unit can be installed in any machine from the Pro series, and when implemented into the automated ProNest machining center, it becomes a fully versatile machine, enabling the preparation of furniture from start to finish.

The ProNest machining center is a multifunctional tool used in the production of case and upholstered furniture. Its main feature is automatic operation, starting with the retrieval of boards from the loading table equipped with a full range of boards. The feeding system places the material in the workspace, precisely positioning it using movable bases. Nesting and vertical drilling are then performed, and the components are pushed onto the receiving table. At the end of the conveyor belt, a photocell stops them, allowing the operator to safely place them in the palletizing area.
