Little video of my squats session. I've been training for squats for 1 year now. Before that, my legs were super weak due to only upper body calisthenics skills training. Working out the legs makes calisthenics elements way harder, but I'm proud I started with squats, wouldn't go back. The skills are harder, but I got stronger.
