CHICKEN GNOCCHI SOUP INGREDIENTS:
For the chicken:
► 2 chicken breasts
► Olive oil
► The blend seasoning (it's a mixture of garlic, salt and black pepper)
► Italian seasoning
► Paprika
For the soup:
► 4 tbsp butter
► 3 minced garlic cloves
► 1/4 white onion
► 3 celery stalks
► 2 carrots
► 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
► 3 cups chicken broth
► 2 cups whole milk
► 2 cups heavy whipping cream
► 2 tsp Italian seasoning
► 1 lb. (16 oz) of Gnocchi
► Handful of spinach (or 1 1/2 cups)
► Some parmesan cheese
► Red pepper flakes
