How to read Car Performance Record? The first thing you should check to choose a car in Korea

Описание: In Korea, every used car sold by a licensed dealer must have an official Vehicle Inspection Report (also called Performance & Condition Report).

This report is issued by a government-approved inspection company and shows the vehicle’s accident history, flood damage, major mechanical condition, exterior and interior status, and mileage verification. The seller is legally responsible for the accuracy of this report.

The inspection report clearly indicates whether the vehicle has had structural damage (frame or chassis) or only minor panel replacement, or no accident history at all. Structural parts such as frame, pillars, cross members are specifically checked and marked.

The report also confirms whether the vehicle has any flood or water damage history. Flooded vehicles are strictly identified in Korea, and selling a flooded car without disclosure is illegal.
