KETO CHEESECAKE | ALMOND CRUST | GF | SF
Almond Crust:
Almond Flour 1 1/2 cups
Pinch Sea salt
2 tsp vanilla
2 TBS swerve
2 TBS butter
Cheesecake Filling:
Cream Cheese 3 bars
4 TBS heaping powdered swerve
2 tsp vanilla
Pinch sea salt
1TBS lemon juice
1 cup sour cream
3 eggs
Bake 350 F for about an 55 min to 1 hour , refrigerate for 2 hours
after. IMO it taste better and creamier like NY cheesecake if you can wait until the next day overnight... just saying , let me know if you find this is true too !
