1 ⅓ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
3 bananas, mashed
⅓ cup canola oil
1 cup white granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 180℃ / 350℉.
Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, whisk together mashed banana, oil, and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and whisk.
Add dry ingredients and stir.
Pour into a greased and lined 9x5 loaf pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
