The SAWTOOTHS | 28 Miles From Redfish Lake to the Sawtooth Lodge

Описание: Welcome to the Sawtooth Mountains of Idaho, my favorite place on earth. On this adventure I take 3 Sawtooth newbies on a 2 night, 28 mile backpacking trip from Redfish Lake in Stanley to the Sawtooth Lodge in Grandjean. A boat shuttle takes us from Redfish Lodge to the Redfish Lake Inlet on the south side of Redfish Lake. From there we hike up to one of the most spectacular lakes in the Sawtooth's, Saddleback Lake. On day 2 we scramble back down to the trail, hike past Alpine Lake, up over the Baron Divide and down to Baron Lake. From there it's an 11 mile hike down to the Sawtooth Lodge in Grandjean.
