The wind of love and remorse sweeps Nejat into a life far away from Zülal. Living abroad, Nejat tries to forget his love by traveling from country to country and putting his experiences into writing. However, this years-long escape comes to an end when he learns that his father is gravely ill.

He returns to Istanbul, even if only for a few days.

This return brings out different emotions and reactions in everyone, especially Zülal. The broken, regret-filled, and bitter childhood memories emerge from where they were hidden as Nejat visits his childhood home.

For Nejat, the mansion of his aunt Feride—where he once took refuge as a child—is the only place he feels safe and nostalgic about upon his return to Istanbul.
And the longing and love, thought to be left in the past, remain fresh for both Nejat and Zülal despite the years gone by.
