Today was one of the most intense and beautiful experiences of my life.
I stood still while over 1,000 bees covered my entire body… and they didn’t sting me.
Bees aren’t aggressive by nature. They only sting when they feel threatened. They’re incredibly sensitive to movement and to fear. The calmer and more respectful you are, the calmer they are.
This experience reminded me of something important: Nature isn’t dangerous. It’s misunderstood.
When you respect it, it respects you back.
In this video, I also head into the wild in South Florida to try and catch invasive iguanas, a species that’s disrupting the native ecosystem.
I hope this video changes the way you see nature. :)
