You have to apply the knowledge from your text book, see the GMC website for what to expect during exam and Foundation program curriculum for the scope of knowledge one must possess to pass the exam.

PLAB2 is an OSCE based second part of UK medical licensing exam which tests clinical skills required at the level of second year of UK foundation program doctors. History based stations is one of the categories that is tested using 8 minute long clinical consultation.
