A full-bodied single origin Colombian coffee with a blend of 3 varieties: caturra, bourbon, and catimor. Roasted by Noble Coffee Roasting (Ashland, OR).

Plum, bbq, tomato soup, wood barrel, and chocolate were some of the flavor and aromatic notes I picked up throughout my experience with this coffee.

Currently unavailable, but check back with Noble Coffee Roasting for its potential return in 2017 and beyond!
