AGM September tak complete kar lena chahiye tha taaki Form AOC-4 time par file ho sake.

📆 October 15th – Labour Law Triple Action:
🔹 PF Contribution Deposit (for September) + ECR Filing
🔹 ESI Contribution Deposit & Return Filing
🔹 Employers ke liye ye date miss nahi karni chahiye!
💣 Penalty Structure:
🔸 PF Interest: 5% to 25% per annum (delay ke hisaab se)
🔸 ESI: Penalties + Interest as per ESIC Rules
🔸 Employee contribution delay = Serious legal consequences!
💡 Pro Tip: File and deposit dues before the 15th to maintain clean records and avoid interest or prosecution.
