NOTES:

Created by James Euringer, with some help from friends and family, such as Markus Euringer helping out on some of the tracks, It is slightly unknown how much Markus helped with, along with being not much known about Markus himself, although Jimmy has since said that he helped out with bass guitar on a lot of the tracks. Steve Montano, or more commanly known as, Steve, Righ? helped with guitar on Track 3, Bed of Roses. Jennifer Dunn, also known as Kitty (2) helped out on the EP with photography. Steve, Kitty and Jimmy would go on to be founding members of Mindless Self Indulgence, the band of the near identical name of this EP.

Only 500 copies were released.

"Mindless Self-Indulgence" was originally considered a separate project by James Euringer but was later re-classified as being considered the same band as Mindless Self Indulgence.
