鹽 ½茶匙 、胡椒粉 ¼茶匙、醬油 2湯匙、清水/素高汤 1杯、芝麻油 ½茶匙

Vermicelli 250g, Butternut Squash 250g,
Fresh Shiitake Mushrooms 125g, Coriander 30g,
Preserved Radish 30g, Shallot Crisps 2tbsp, Cooking Oil 2tbsp,
Mushrooms Vegetarian Stir-fry Sauce ½tbsp,
Sugar ½tsp, Salt½tsp, White Pepper ¼tsp,
Soy Sauce 2tbsp, Water/Vegan Stock 1cup, Sesame Oil ½tsp
