Chicken and Camembert Pie

Описание: I was requested to make Chicken and Camembert Pie by an Australian lady. It's not easy to find workable recipes for chook and camembert pies, and in fact it's not a combination I'd ever heard of before. Chicken and cheese sounds a bit weird, but I sometimes make minced beef and cheese pies and those are brilliant. For this video I decided to make my own rough puff pastry for the lids, and hot water pastry for the bottoms.
