How to Clean and Deoxidise an Aluminum Boat (Acid Wash - Boat Restoration Update)

Описание: Giving an update on the boat restoration as well as a quick tutorial on deoxidising an aluminium boat. After pressure washing and cleaning it was realised the boat needed an acid wash so my mate Chris from Hodgyz Detailn came and picked up the boat and gave her a complete top to bottom acid wash and the results are incredible. It was quite an easy process although a little laborious.

Hardware Store acid - Septone Ali-Bright or Bunnings Hydrochloric Acid. Mix 50/50 with water in a spray bottle. Spray onto hull in small patches and wash off with pressure washer mere moments later. Wash from bottom to top when rinsing which reduces streaking on the aluminium.
