Join me as I take a short hike on Lake Coeur D'Alene Idaho and do an on location oil painting of a pine tree on the shore of the lake. The video includes a little about Higgins Point, a pretty park on the lake. It also has time lapse and tutorial on how and gear to do plein air paintings. I use a modified Richard Schmid alla prima approach.

Winsor and Newton, Gamblin, and Rembrant oil paints
