These super soft mouth melting rasgullas are prepared from ball shaped chhena ( cottage cheese ) dumplings and cooked in thin sugar syrup. Rasgullas are very soft and juicy . Ingredients :
1. Milk - 1 ltr
2. Vinegar or Lime Juice - 3 tbsp ( to curdle the milk or to make the chhena / cottage cheese )
3. Sugar - 250 gm or 1 cup
4. Water - 5 cups
5. Keora Water - 1 tsp ( or use green cardamom powder for fragrance )
