These riot screams can be heard constantly in Los Santos after the mission called "Riot" until the last mission: End of the Line. The riots starts because of the acquittal of Frank Tenpenny. The riots are based on the 1992 Los Angeles riots. The original SFX file lasts only a few seconds, so I have made this 20 minutes extended version. Enjoy and subscribe!
