this LBSC Virginia was built from a kit in the Toronto Ontario engine shop by an employee the year before they retired steam in Canada. when i found this engine it was in an old apple crate in an airplane hanger in southern California where I purchased it and began the restoration on and off, during this time it was used in an episode of Young Sheldon as a museum display piece as well as run on aux steam at the antique gas and steam engine museum. only recently with help from a friend were we able to install a new throttle and the engine was able to run under its own power!!
