Ingredients
120g plain flour, sifted
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp caster sugar
4 eggs
500ml whole milk
2 tbsp unsalted butter

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan. Combine the dry ingredients with the liquid in a large jug or bowl and whisk until completely blended.
Melt the butter in a cast-iron skillet or 23cm ovenproof frying pan over a medium heat. Pour in the batter, transfer to the oven and bake for 30 minutes, until puffy and golden brown on top. #GapCreator #HowYouWearGap ad
