Описание: Built in 1833 by Robert Stephenson & Co. of Newcastle to haul heavy coal trains on the steeply-graded Leicester & Swannington Railway in the English Midlands, "Atlas" was the first modern 0-6-0 goods locomotive to be built in Britain. When first built she was the heaviest and most powerful locomotive in the country, of a type which would become the standard mainline goods locomotive in Britain until the end of steam.
