It's been about a month and a half since I was on my KTM 250 XCW enduro bike, and on this day I had nothing planned so I loaded up for a challenging solo enduro ride. The rain has not stopped lately in WNC, so the trails were muddy, soupy, and even more rutted out than usual.
Venturing off trail multiple times proved to be difficult as I navigated the steep hills, slick roots, rocks and leaves associated with the Appalachian mountains.
This type of riding through the heart of the Blue Ridge mountains is what I love the most!
