Not sure why I did not think of using the bar(s) like this......nonetheless had a great workout! Switching up my workouts like this has helped me to enjoy working out during lockdown. Other ways you can try this workout is if you have a pull up bar, the ones that attach themselves to the door frame. You can even try it off railings, just make sure its sturdy enough to hold your body weight before trying it lol.
Workout;
Chest dips superset with push-ups.
Back rows.
Bicep curls superset with skull crushers.
3sets of 8/10 reps on each exercise.
