Ok help time again! About to level up...
"Deathbound" or keep "Tempest?
I know Deathbound is a "random" hit all type attack (like Rampage) so hitting all enemies can't be relied unlike Tempest which hits all enemies (like Heatwave). But the last time I asked, many people said Deathbound is good, so I just want to double check if its worth replace Tempest with it.
My main goal for AE attacks is for "cleanup" (especially if I can pull off a "Focus + AE PHY" combo attack) which is great to take out all enemies in one shot without relying on magic too much.
