Millennium Center is a complex of three different in type and purpose buildings, including:
⭐️UBB Millennium Center is the office building of the Millennium Center complex, consisting of a 5-star hotel, an office building and a residential building in the Bulgarian capital Sofia. It is the second tallest city in the city after the Capital Fort skyscraper. In June 2018, the office building was sold to UBB and DZI, which acquired its new name.
⭐️Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia is the tallest building in the complex - a five-star conference hotel that opened in early 2020.
⭐️The architectural solution of the complex is a total 5-storey body, from which grow 3 high volumes. Centrally located is a 5-star hotel with 32 floors and 400 rooms and a rooftop helipad. The height of the body is 112 m. The other 2 bodies have 18 and 24 floors. The whole complex has a total built-up area of 136,300 m2
