Receipe:
1. Heat the milk in a pan
2. Collect the malai(paal aadai) from the boiled milk in a container when it comes to room temperature
3. Store the container in freezer
4. In a period of 15 days you could collect some considerable amount of malai
5. Churn(Grind) the collected malai along with some icecubes and cold water
6. Keep grinding ( Till the butter separates from the liquidized malai )
7. Put the butter in a bowl of cold water
8. Squeeze out the excess water from the collected butter
9.Now the BUTTER IS READY
10.It can be used as such or taken to next process of ghee making
BONUS TIP : Milk separated while grinding the malai can be consumed as BUTTERMILK😉
