You’re looking at the Uncle Henry LB8 Papa Bear Lockback Folding Knife.

Even at first glance, the Papa Bear echoes back to a day when every knife was crafted to enduring standards, and built to last a lifetime.

Burnished brass appointments, staglon handle scales, a firm, unyielding lockback and the polished steel blade (with stamped Uncle Henry mark)… all speak volumes about the quality of the Papa Bear… and it’s legacy as an Uncle Henry knife.

Designed to be the capable, trusted, daily companion for those who work hard to make ends meet… the razor sharp, three and a half inch, 7Cr17MoV, high-carbon stainless steel blade, is crafted to serve the widest range of utility cutting tasks. And with the blade’s clip point, the LB8 excels at piercing and fine detail work.

Simple in function, elegant in design, the classic lockback bar, is firmly pressed to fold the blade in two and lay it to rest… protected in the handsome, yet stout handle.

An oversized nail nick makes it easy to persuade the knife open to its full purpose… And the time-tested lockback holds the blade securely until your tasks are complete.

Easy on the eyes and at home in the hand, the five inch handle accommodates even the largest of paws. Papa Bear always draws a crowd with it’s heirloom, brushed brass front and rear bolsters, triple-brass-pinned staglon scales and vingage curves… that allow Papa Bear rest - comfortable and ready for use - in the palm of your hand.
