Try this oil-free, healthy, and tasty Suji Nasta, perfect for breakfast or an evening snack! 😋
Made with semolina (suji), curd, veggies, and mild spices, this steamed snack is light, fluffy, and absolutely guilt-free!
✨ Ingredients:
1 cup Suji (Semolina)
½ cup Curd (Dahi)
Chopped Veggies (carrot, capsicum, onion, etc.)
1 pinch Mitha Soda (baking soda)
Salt to taste
Chilli flakes
Green chilli (chopped)
Water as required
Few drops of oil (for greasing moulds only)
🪄 Method:
In a bowl, mix suji, curd, salt, and water to make a smooth batter.
Add chopped veggies, chilli flakes, and green chilli. Mix well.
Just before steaming, add a pinch of mitha soda and mix gently.
Grease the bowls or moulds with a few drops of oil to prevent sticking.
Pour the batter into the moulds and steam for 10–12 minutes until soft and fluffy.
Demould carefully and serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup! 🌿
