16 Days of Activism 2025 | Collective Action. Collective Impact | Action India

Описание: During the 16 Days of Activism, the Action India team came together with a shared commitment to end violence against women and girls, addressing both offline and online forms of violence through awareness, dialogue, and community action. This year, our focus was on cybercrime awareness and digital safety, recognising the growing risks that women, girls, and young people face in online spaces.

With the support of Delhi Police, the Cyber Crime Cell Unit, ASHA workers, ANMs, Anganwadi workers, and partner organizations including NIIT and OSC, and through strong collaboration at the organizational level, every member of Action India actively participated. This collective teamwork enabled meaningful outreach across schools and communities.

Our collective reach during the 16 Days:
2,479+ students reached through cybercrime awareness sessions in schools
1,869+ participants engaged through cyber-safety awareness in communities
269+ participants in Anti-Dowry Day awareness programs
340+ participants in World HIV/AIDS Day sessions
722+ participants in Sadbhavna Diwas celebrations promoting unity and peace
Beti Utsav: 153+ girls identified and 1,425+ community members participated

Through awareness sessions, open dialogues, cultural activities, rallies, and community celebrations, Action India strengthened digital safety, gender justice, health awareness, social harmony, and the rights of women and girls.
