I am so excited to share the last video covering food essentials for dance - the three different macronutrients. We are talking about why fat is an essential for dancers to add to their meals and snacks so that you can be fueled for the entire day. Fat is not only an important energy source, but it helps to support our immune system, inflammation levels, and hormone health.
